Päätös

Ympäristölautakunta päätti merkitä tiedoksi Etelä-Suomen aluehallintoviraston 27.2.2017 antaman päätöksen 8947/06.07.01/2016. Samalla ympäristölautakunta toteaa, ettei päätös anna aihetta muihin toimenpiteisiin, koska aluehallintovirasto ei todennut terveydensuojeluviranomaisten toiminnassa lainvastaisuutta tai muutoinkaan moitittavaa.

Päätös on ehdotuksen mukainen.
