Päätös

Virastopäällikkö päätti kumota 9.11.2016 pysyväisohjeen PYSY49 koskien asumisen tuen asumispalveluista (SHL § 236) perittäviä maksuja ja korvata ko. ohjeen päätöksen liitteen mukaisesti 1.1.2017 lukien.

Päätöksen perustelut

Ohjeeseen on muutettu uusitun lain mukaisesti metsätulo sekä yhtenäisesti virheellisen maksun oikaisu ja edunvalvontapalkkion huomioiminen.
