Kaupunkiympäristölautakunnan 19.8.2025 § 393 hyväksymä asemakaavan muutos on tullut voimaan:

Lauttasaari, Vattuniemi, korttelin 31112 tontit 1 ja 14, piirustus nro 12907, Wavulinintie 5.

Päätös on ehdotuksen mukainen.
